Senior Tech Lead Java

You are a hands-on, experienced, and motivated Senior Tech Lead joining our dynamic Engineering team to shape the architecture and execution of our SaaS platform. As a technical leader, you will drive software development best practices, mentor engineers, and ensure high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions. Your responsibilities include leading and mentoring engineers in backend, frontend, and DevSecOps functions, participating in architectural decisions, defining the technical roadmap, establishing coding standards and testing methodologies, and guiding the team in adopting modern design patterns, tools, and technologies. Additionally, you will contribute to backend development using Java, Spring Boot, lead frontend development with React.js, drive end-to-end feature development, conduct code reviews, promote clean codebases, champion DevSecOps principles, automate infrastructure deployment, build CI/CD pipelines, implement security controls, manage AWS cloud infrastructure, monitor cloud resource usage, respond to incidents, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Design, and QA teams to align technical delivery with business goals, communicate technical decisions to stakeholders, stay updated with emerging technologies, and contribute to team improvement. Qualifications: - 8-10+ years of professional software development experience. - 5+ years of Java and Spring Boot experience. - 4+ years of AWS cloud services experience. - Proven DevSecOps implementation experience. - Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and React.js. - Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, containerization technologies, CI/CD tools, infrastructure-as-code tools, testing frameworks. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively. - Passion for learning and continuous improvement. - Hybrid working from Pune/Mumbai.,
