Senior System Software Engineer

As a Senior Principal Engineer - Systems, your role will involve designing, developing, testing, and documenting embedded systems and software components. You will also be responsible for leading CAPA, field investigations, and platform growth planning. Additionally, mentoring junior engineers, collaborating with cross-functional global teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards such as FDA Class I-III, ISO, and IEC will be key aspects of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will be driving innovation in system architecture, design, and implementation. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, test, and document embedded systems and software components - Lead CAPA, field investigations, and platform growth planning - Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional global teams - Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (FDA Class I-III, ISO, IEC) - Drive innovation in system architecture, design, and implementation Qualifications Required: - Strong Embedded C/C++ and RTOS experience - Firmware and device driver development - Hardware/software interfacing and system design - Agile software development, code reviews, metrics tracking - Experience in medical devices or regulated industries It is nice to have experience with Qt, SQLite, Linux Yocto, cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure), UML, and OOA&D.,
