Role Overview: Azentio Software is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer with 5 to 7 years of experience to join their dynamic team in Chennai, India. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support for applications, analyzing and troubleshooting technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior team members, ensuring compliance with security standards, and documenting processes and procedures for future reference. Your role will contribute to delivering high-quality support services, resolving complex technical issues, enhancing system performance, fostering a collaborative team environment, and maintaining up-to-date documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Provide expert-level support for applications, ensuring high availability and performance. - Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues related to .NET, ASP.NET, and ASP frameworks. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical problems and enhance system functionality. - Develop and implement best practices for application support and maintenance. - Mentor junior team members and offer guidance on technical challenges. - Ensure compliance with security standards and data protection regulations. - Document processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guidelines for future reference.
