Senior Supply Chain Automation Developer

Role Overview: As a Senior Supply Chain Automation Developer at NEXTracker, you will be responsible for building and deploying automations, apps, and analytics to drive immediate business value. You will work in fast-paced sprints to deliver prototypes and iterate on solutions that streamline operations, reduce waste, and scale decision-making. Your role will involve creating elegant technical solutions that make people's work easier and better, sitting at the intersection of process and technology to solve pain points through user-centric solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Design and build low-code/no-code applications and workflows using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) - Rapidly prototype solutions using Python, SQL, and AI tools to address operational bottlenecks - Model, transform, and integrate supply chain data to enable smart automation and decision support - Focus on UI/UX to ensure adoption and usability of solutions - Collaborate closely with process engineers and subject matter experts to understand business context and iterate solutions Qualification Required: - Creative problem solver with a track record of adapting quickly and delivering high-quality solutions - Extensive experience in technical development, workflow automation, and low-code/no-code platforms - Excellent communication skills with the ability to align technical output with business needs - Comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving real-world operational challenges - 15+ years of experience building digital solutions in supply chain, operations, IT, or consulting environments - Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, RPA tools, forms development, and Python/SQL - Experience in applying AI in process automation (e.g., GPT prompts, document parsing, chatbots, etc.) - Strong UI/UX sensibilities - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience About NEXTracker: NEXTracker is building a high-impact Center of Excellence within a rapidly growing clean energy company.
