Senior Structural Engineer-Oil &Gas(Onshore)

As a Structural Engineer with 7-10 years of experience, you will be responsible for performing Basic & detail Design Engineering activities for projects in Petrochemical Plants, Oil & Gas Plants, following established procedures. You will prepare and review project documents such as PFD, P&IDs, specifications, and design calculations. Additionally, you will collaborate with other disciplines, user departments, and Clients, as well as participate in estimation and engineering work related to bids. To qualify for this role, you must hold a Bachelor/Masters Degree in civil and structural engineering. Proficiency in software tools such as STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAP, and STAAD Foundation is essential. Familiarity with StaadPro, SAP, FEM based connection design tools like Ideastatica, AutoCAD, Tekla Structures, Navisworks, and SPR is required. Your responsibilities will include structural steel and reinforced concrete design, as well as knowledge of international codes & standards. You should possess the ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team, including process, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and piping disciplines. Strong organizational skills, technical competence, and attention to detail are crucial for this role. Your role will involve providing design calculations, reviewing analysis files, and ensuring quality checks on drawings. Experience in jacket and topside analysis, load calculations, and familiarity with industrial architecture, PHE, and roadways will be valuable. Additional advantages include proficiency in software like SP3D, TEKLA, leadership skills in medium to large projects, and the ability to develop a team. Strong analytical skills and the ability to produce coherent reports are essential.
