Senior Structural BIM Coordinator

As a Senior Structural BIM Coordinator at 9E Global, you will play a crucial role in the coordination and management of BIM projects. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: - BIM Coordination and daily management of BIM project data sets/workflows and project set up - Technical management of project BIM data sets - Liaising with the Design Systems team to ensure effective communication of changes in procedure and standards to project teams - Managing and maintaining project content and sourcing additional content for project teams - Helping to technically deliver BIM projects in the role of CAD and BIM coordination - Ensuring construction documents accuracy based on discipline BIM Modelling - Adhering to BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria - Following BIM content standards and development procedures - Printing drawing sets for the professional team and participating in discipline reviews - Creating federated Models and conducting clash-detection/resolution and leading BIM coordination meetings - Ability to export DWF and other formats for collaboration internally/externally - Conducting BIM Model Review and documentation - Ensuring thorough knowledge of and compliance with company BIM procedures and standards - Providing technical support for BIM enabling software applications to the project team - Leveraging BIM software and tools as a methodology to coordinate design documentation - Prioritizing work to meet project deadlines - Reviewing jobs completed by modelers - Coordinating with project lead/interdepartmental/team members for assigned tasks - Ensuring full compliance with BIM/CAD standards - Evaluating project deliverable time and resources with the project lead To qualify for this role, you should have: - Minimum 10 years of experience with a Diploma/Degree in Engineering - Expertise in using Revit & Navisworks - Experience in Middle East projects Join 9E Global in our mission to build a better world through innovative design solutions and excellence in the built environment.,
