Senior Steel Detailer

As a Senior Steel detailer (AutoCAD/CAD), your role involves expertise in Steel structural detailing using AutoCAD and TEKLA for industrial projects, such as warehouses, Industrial Plants, factories, and PEB. Your key responsibilities include: - Reviewing architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and other project documents to accurately interpret the structural requirements and components for the project. - Coordinating with engineers and project managers to resolve discrepancies, conflicts, or modifications to design requirements during the detailing process. - Ensuring that all shop drawings comply with relevant building codes, industry standards, and regulations to guarantee structural integrity and safety. - Conducting thorough reviews and checks on completed drawings to maintain high-quality standards and accuracy before submission for approval. - Collaborating closely with fabrication teams to communicate design specifications, provide clarifications, and address on-site issues. - Staying updated with the latest advancements in structural steel detailing technologies, software, and industry best practices to enhance efficiency and precision in the detailing process. - Maintaining accurate records of drawings and revisions. - Handling CAD and Tekla detailing Team effectively. Your job-specific skills should include good Visualization Skills, proficiency in Engineering fundamentals, AutoCAD drawing, and knowledge in Rebar CAD would be an added advantage.
