Senior Staff Technical Consulting Services Representative 1

Role Overview: At PowerSchool, you will be part of a dedicated team of innovators focused on powering personalized education for students worldwide. Your role will involve supporting the entire educational ecosystem as the global leader of cloud-based software for K-12 education. Key Responsibilities: - Load K-12 assessment data into the Analytics and Insights platform - Troubleshoot data loads and update data visualizations - Work in the assessment data team to resolve technical questions and provide outstanding customer experience - Create internal and client-facing documentation - Contribute to the evolution of the Analytics and Insights product Your day-to-day tasks will include: - Loading assessment data using pre-built tools, scripts, and SQL queries - Updating data visualizations for customer assessment data using SQL and other tools - Updating loading request tickets with customer facing comments and questions - Troubleshooting data loading issues using critical thinking skills, SQL queries, and other tools - Using basic SQL queries to identify data anomalies Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: - Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience - Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or equivalent years of relevant work experience - Strong SQL skills - Experience in developing and maintaining data visualizations using SQL or other tools - Familiarity with K-12 assessment terminology, practice, score data, and test metadata - Understanding of basic data warehouse concepts and terminology Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in developing technical documentation - Understanding of Agile development concepts Please note that the EEO Commitment is also a part of this job description.,
