Senior Staff Nurse-IVF

As an IVF Lab Staff, your role involves checking the functionality of the lab and its equipment to ensure smooth operations. This includes tasks such as checking humidity and temperature levels, cleaning instruments, monitoring airflow, CO2 levels, pH of incubators, and liquid nitrogen. You will also be responsible for preparing for scheduled cases, assisting in procedures, handling patient inquiries, and supporting embryologists in processing samples for IUI and other procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Check and maintain lab equipment and conditions - Assist in procedures and patient care - Prepare samples and handle reporting formalities - Maintain appointment schedules and gather necessary materials - Keep records of procedures and maintain digital data - Coordinate with IVF coordinator for sample processing and patient progress tracking Qualifications Required: - Registered nursing license - GNM or B.Sc in nursing - Minimum 3 years of experience - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to offer emotional support - Working knowledge of NICU/Gynae equipment - Team player with comforting abilities for ill newborns The company provides accommodation (Terms & Conditions apply) and is looking for an immediate joiner who can start within 7 days.
