**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** As an experienced technical writer at Salesforce, you will collaborate with developers, quality engineers, product managers, and usability experts to enhance the user experience of Salesforce products. Your role involves creating developer guides, learning content, and online help that are easy to understand. You will be responsible for improving existing development process documentation and reference content, as well as developing content plans to support new product and feature development. **Key Responsibilities:** - Write easy-to-understand developer guides, learning content, and online help - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the user experience of Salesforce products - Improve existing development process documentation and reference content - Develop content plans to support new product and feature development - Work in a fast-paced environment and produce high-quality documentation - Apply content strategy and organizational skills effectively **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in a STEM field, Communications, or similar - Proven English writing skills with samples - 8+ years of Technical Writing experience with 4+ years of experience writing for a developer audience - Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously - Quick learner of new technologies - Strong content strategy skills with a customer advocacy mindset - Excellent people and communication skills - Attention to quality and details - Strong team player **Additional Details:** Salesforce offers a comprehensive benefits package including well-being reimbursement, generous parental leave, adoption assistance, fertility benefits, and more.
