Job Description

Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain dashboards for sales performance reporting, including bookings, pipeline progression, quota attainment, and productivity across different geographies and sales roles. - Analyze trends in backlog realization, revenue composition, new business mix, and pipeline velocity to identify performance drivers in sales performance analytics. - Contribute to forecast modeling by providing accurate data inputs, analyzing historical trends, and monitoring in-quarter sales indicators for forecasting support. - Collaborate with operations and CRM teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms, such as Salesforce, for data quality & governance. - Deliver timely and insightful responses to leadership queries on KPIs, booking variances, slippage, and other performance metrics through insight generation & ad-hoc analysis. Qualifications: - 6-9 years of experience in sales reporting, analytics, or operations within a Tier 1 or Tier 2 IT services organization. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau. - Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar large-scale CRM platforms. - Exposure to Python, R, or Alteryx is a plus. - Skilled in interpreting complex datasets and converting them into strategic business insights. - Detail-oriented, analytical thinker with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
