Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled Maximo Technical Developer Team Lead with over 12 years of handson experience in automation scripting and reporting The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers ensuring the successful implementation and support of IBM Maximo solutions This role requires strong technical expertise leadership abilities and a passion for innovation

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of Maximo developers providing technical guidance and support

Design develop and implement automation scripts and reports within the IBM Maximo environment

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Ensure the quality and performance of Maximo applications through rigorous testing and optimization

Manage project timelines deliverables and resources effectively

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Maximo applications

Stay updated with the latest Maximo features best practices and industry trends

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards

Develop and maintain technical documentation

Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field

Over 10 years of experience in Maximo development with a focus on automation scripting and reporting

Strong proficiency in Maximo configuration customization and integration

Extensive experience with Maximo scripting languages eg JavaScript Python and reporting tools eg BIRT Cognos

Proven leadership and team management skills

Excellent problemsolving and analytical abilities

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment

Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus
