The Customer Excellence Advisory Lead (CEAL) role is focused on enabling customers to optimize their data utilization by providing top-tier architectural guidance and design. As a part of the Oracle Analytics Service Excellence organization, our team comprises Solution Architects who specialize in Oracle Analytics Cloud, Oracle Analytics Server, Data Services, and Fusion Data Intelligence. Our primary objective is to ensure the successful implementation and utilization of Oracle Analytics. We engage with customers and partners on a global scale, working towards building trust in Data Platform. Additionally, we collaborate closely with Product Management to improve product offerings and share our expertise through various channels such as blogs, webinars, and demonstrations. Key Responsibilities: - Proactively identify customer requirements, identify unmet needs, and develop potential solutions tailored to different customer segments. - Evaluate and provide support for big data infrastructures, including reviewing existing designs for big data architectures that align with the business's strategic objectives. - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver optimal solutions. - Prepare for and address complex product or solution-related inquiries or challenges that customers may encounter. - Educate key internal stakeholders on customer complexities and the benefits of various programs through activities like speaking engagements at events, team meetings, and product reviews.,
