Apply today at hr@rightskale.com Right Skale is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer / Technical Lead to join our team. You will play a key role in designing and developing scalable, efficient software solutions using cutting-edge technologies. As a Senior Engineer, you will also provide technical guidance to junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Your Impact: Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable applications using Java and Spring Boot . • API Development: Develop RESTful APIs and microservices-based architectures for scalability and performance. • Code Quality: Write efficient, reusable, and reliable code with a strong emphasis on unit testing and test-driven development (TDD). • Cloud Integration: Deploy, manage, and optimize applications in AWS , GCP , or Azure cloud environments. • CI/CD Implementation: Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployment, ensuring efficient development cycles. • Containerization: Utilize Docker and containerization technologies for efficient deployment and scaling of applications. • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers , designers , and engineers to deliver impactful software solutions. • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, ensuring high-quality coding practices and fostering skill development. • Innovation & Learning: Stay up to date with emerging technologies, software development best practices, and industry trends. You Are Armed With: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Masters preferred). • Experience: 6-8 years of hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot API development. Skills: Strong experience in Java and Spring Boot API development. • Expertise in unit testing frameworks like JUnit , Mockito , or similar. • Proficiency in front-end development using React and TypeScript . • Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS , GCP , or Azure . • Strong understanding of CI/CD practices and tools like Jenkins , GitHub Actions , or GitLab CI/CD . • Hands-on experience with Docker and containerization technologies. • Familiarity with microservices architecture and its best practices. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication skills and leadership and mentoring abilities to guide junior engineers. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration. • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation . • Experience with front-end technologies like React and TypeScript for UI development. • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. • Exposure to GraphQL and modern API design principles.
