Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have strong full-stack development expertise and experience managing production systems at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Node.js and React.
Build robust backend services, REST APIs, and microservices.
Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases, including schema design, indexing, and query optimization.
Develop cloud-native applications using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Implement CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Identify and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks.
Ensure application security, reliability, scalability, and code quality.
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Skills

5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
Strong expertise in Node.js, React, and MERN stack development.
Experience with PostgreSQL, database design, and performance tuning.
Strong understanding of system design, distributed systems, and microservices.
Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
Proven experience working on production applications serving large user bases.
Experience in healthcare, fintech, payments, or other security-critical domains.

Preferred Skills

HIPAA, PHI, or PCI-DSS compliance experience.
Payment integrations such as Stripe or Braintree.
Event-driven architecture and high-availability systems.
AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.
