Senior Software Engineer/ Software Engineer with strong Java and Spring Boot expertise

Responsibilities

• Work on the maintenance and development of new features
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners (POs), Clients, and PMs to understand requirements and translate them into technical tasks
• Ensure project stability by resolving technical challenges and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
• Drive development within an Agile methodology to ensure timely and iterative delivery
• Take ownership of end-to-end delivery of software solutions while guiding a technical team

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related STEM field
• 4+ years of software development, testing, and implementation experience
• Proficiency in Java and SQL
• Expertise in Spring Boot and microservices deployment
• Familiarity with GitHub Actions and CI/CD practices supporting a 20+ releases/month cadence
• English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Redis and RabbitMQ
• Background in deploying dockerized microservices
• Experience with AWS and Azure
