Senior Software Engineer/Software Engineer – Java

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop new features for existing software solutions
• Work closely with Product Owners, Clients, and Project Managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical tasks
• Ensure project stability and resolve technical challenges as they arise
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through consistent delivery
• Drive development within an Agile methodology to ensure timely and iterative delivery
• Guide a technical team throughout the software development lifecycle

Requirements

• 4 to 8 years of overall experience in IT, including software development, testing, and implementation
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related STEM field
• Proficiency in Java and SQL
• Familiarity with GitHub Actions and CI/CD practices supporting a 20+ releases/month cadence
• Experience with Spring Boot and microservices deployment

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Redis and RabbitMQ
• Experience with dockerized microservices on AWS and Azure
