You will be a key member of a global leader in AI-powered contract intelligence, Icertis, which is transforming contract management for clients across the globe. As a full-time hybrid role situated in Pune, with the added benefit of remote work flexibility, your primary responsibility will be the development and maintenance of Icertis ServiceNow deployment. Your role will involve strict adherence to industry best practices to ensure optimal performance. To excel in this position, you should possess a minimum of 3 years of practical experience in ServiceNow development. Additionally, proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, GlideScript, and REST API is essential. A strong understanding of ServiceNow components like business rules, ACLs, Script including UI actions, UI Policy, Client Script, and flow designer is crucial for success. Your hands-on experience in developing Configurable Workspace, Service Portal, and UI Builder will be highly valued in this role. Holding certifications as a ServiceNow Certified CSA (Certified System Administrator), Developer & Implementation Specialist will further demonstrate your expertise and commitment to excellence in this field.,
