R Systems is seeking a motivated and skilled Performance Testing Engineer to join our dynamic team in Noida. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in performance testing with a strong proficiency in tools like Artillery and Playwright. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute performance testing strategies to assess system behavior under varying conditions using Artillery and Playwright.
• Collaborate with the development and QA teams to create effective performance test scenarios based on application requirements and user stories.
• Analyze test results to identify bottlenecks and performance issues, and provide actionable recommendations for improvements.
• Develop and maintain automated performance testing scripts to streamline the testing process and ensure consistency.
• Work closely with the software development lifecycle to integrate performance testing into continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
• Monitor system performance, capacity, and scalability, ensuring applications meet functional and non-functional requirements.
• Document and present performance testing findings and recommendations to stakeholders and management.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in performance testing tools and techniques.

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 7 years and a maximum of 10 years of experience in performance testing.
• Proficiency with JMeter for load testing and performance assessment.
• Strong experience in automation testing frameworks, specifically with Playwright.
• Hands-on experience with Artillery for performance testing, including creating and managing test scripts.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot performance issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A solid understanding of web applications, APIs, and database performance metrics.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and monitoring tools.
• Relevant certifications in performance testing tools and methodologies.
