Senior Software Engineer

Role Overview: As a Senior Automation Engineer at Quest Global, you will be a key member of the Healthcare domain team, responsible for designing and implementing automation test suits for projects in the Med Tech and Healthcare sector. Your primary role will involve coordinating testing activities, executing manual and automation test cases, and ensuring timely delivery of design and development work. You will play a crucial part in leading test management activities, reviewing test plans and cases, automating existing manual test cases, identifying and fixing integration issues, and closely collaborating with customers. Key Responsibilities: - Lead test management activities including both manual and automation testing - Review test plans and test cases, and update manual and automation test cases - Automate existing manual test cases and execute manual and automation test cases - Identify and fix integration issues of automation scripts - Work closely with customers and ensure timely delivery of design and development work - Identify and report application issues from daily automation results - Possess good coding skills in Java and Python, knowledge of tools such as ALM, Clear Quest, and Selenium - Experience in designing and developing test plans, test cases, and generating test reports and documentation - Proficient in error guessing techniques and various testing types like Smoke, Functional, Integration, Regression, Beta, Database, and Exploratory Testing - Prepare effective bug reports using defect tracking system and track them to closure - Experience working on the Linux platform and ability to work efficiently in an agile environment - Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies, software, and concepts - Excellent communication and presentation skills Qualifications Required: - 4-6 years of experience in software testing with a focus on Verification and Validation in the Healthcare domain - Good coding skills in Java and Python - Knowledge of Behavior-Driven Development tool (Cucumber) and Selenium - Experience with tools such as ALM, Clear Quest, and familiarity with Health Care Standards & regulations like DICOM, IHE, HIPPA - Experience in testing Medical modality software, Medical Imaging platform in XR, CT, MR, US platforms - Familiarity with tools like WinScp, Putty, Rally, Perforce, etc.,
