As a Senior QA Engineer at SimCorp, you will play a vital role in the Product Division, Portfolio Analysis Product Area by joining a cross-located, agile team focused on an innovative project involving AI-powered portfolio management. This initiative aims to revolutionize the approach of Portfolio Managers towards problem-solving and decision-making. Your contribution will be crucial in accelerating delivery cycles while upholding high product quality standards. By automating essential test scenarios and integrating them into the CI/CD pipeline, you will significantly reduce manual testing efforts, detect defects early, and ensure faster, more reliable releases. These efforts will directly impact customer satisfaction and enhance business agility. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining robust test automation frameworks for both UI and API layers. Utilizing tools like Playwright and Postman, you will ensure the quality and reliability of enterprise-grade applications. Additionally, you will actively contribute to CI/CD pipelines, collaborate within Agile teams, and engage across various functions to drive continuous improvement. Key qualifications for this role include hands-on experience with C# and/or JavaScript, building automation frameworks from scratch (API, UI), familiarity with tools like PlayWright and Postman, proficiency in CI/CD tools and version control systems, as well as an understanding of Agile and BDD practices. Knowledge of Azure cloud environments and the finance domain would be advantageous.
