Senior Software Engineer MES

Role Overview: As a Senior Software Engineer MES at Endress+Hauser Flowtec (India) Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for leading Java based customizations for the SAP ME application. You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based functionalities to cater to the business needs of MES stakeholders. Your collaborative efforts with the software development team in Reinach, Switzerland, will contribute to delivering robust, scalable, and user-friendly MES utilities. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain Java-based functionalities in SAP ME. - Collaborate closely with the software development team in Reinach and MES stakeholders at Reinach and Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar division. - Work with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable, and user-friendly MES utilities. - Learn SAP ME/MII application and understand shopfloor manufacturing business. - Document software architecture, codebase, data integration processes, and APIs. - Create user manuals and technical documentation for Java-based software components. - Act as a Java-based solution architect for SAP DM Cloud-Based Implementation. - Enhance the Java skills and competencies of existing team members. Qualifications Required: - Masters or Bachelor's Engineering degree in Computer Science, Electronics, IT, or related field. MCA with sound knowledge may be considered. - Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in Java. - Proficiency in Java/J2EE, PL/SQL, Java Script framework, Spring MVC, Spring boot framework, Microservices, JDBC, SQL, web service (SOAP, REST). - Experience in Cloud-Based Deployment preferred. - Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with all stakeholders.,
