Job Description We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer (SSE) with a strong background in the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications and services. Skills & Requirements Skills Candidate with 3 to 8 Years of experience in MERN Stack. Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using the MERN stack. Build RESTful APIs and microservices with Node.js & Express/NestJS . Optimize application performance and SEO. Integrate third-party services (Google APIs, Stripe, AWS, Firebase, etc.). Write clean, testable code and enforce best practices via code reviews. Lead small teams, estimate work, and communicate with clients. Collaborate with DevOps, UI/UX, and QA teams for smooth delivery. Contribute to AI/ML tool integration for enhanced development workflows. Roles & Responsibilities Design and document end-to-end workflows and feature requirements. Provide innovative solutions to technical challenges and problem statements. Independently design, develop, implement, and support scalable software components. Analyze complex issues and implement efficient, long-term solutions. Participate in task planning, estimation, and architecture decisions. Ensure adherence to best development practices, including code reviews and security audits. Lead and mentor junior engineers; provide guidance through coaching and training. Collaborate with architects, DevOps, UI/UX, testers, and product stakeholders.
