Senior Software Engineer (Java + Python)

As a Senior Software Development Engineer at our company located in Baner, Pune, you will be responsible for innovating and developing creative solutions using cutting-edge technologies to enhance our client's multi-platform Agent Software. Your everyday hustle will involve developing, testing, and debugging complex real-world problems in Endpoint agents. You will also play a key role in automating and optimizing all stages of the software development lifecycle. Collaboration with various business units, both internally and externally, will be essential to ensure seamless product usage and maximize potential. Additionally, you will oversee the continuous integration and deployment of agent software and support the process. Taking ownership of projects and driving them to completion to ensure high-quality deliverables will be a crucial part of your role. Continuous enrichment of knowledge and experience with endpoint agents will be necessary to meet the challenges effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Innovate and develop solutions using cutting-edge technologies - Develop, test, and debug complex real-world problems in Endpoint agents - Automate and optimize all stages of the software development lifecycle - Collaborate with various business units to ensure seamless product usage - Oversee continuous integration and deployment of agent software - Take ownership of projects and drive them to completion Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in Java and Python - Total 8+ years of experience with minimum 4 years of production experience on Windows, Linux, or MacOS - Experience in developing production code with high concurrency requirements - Strong understanding of multi-threading and IPC mechanisms - Good knowledge of build frameworks like CMAKE - Functional understanding of scripting languages and runtime environments like .NET - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams - Experience with endpoint security solutions and open-source tools like osquery is a plus - Knowledge of other languages like Python, Java, and back-end frameworks (REST APIs) is a plus This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for an experienced software development engineer to make a significant impact in a dynamic and innovative environment.,
