Senior Software Engineer- GNS Architecture

Role Overview: Apple has built hyper-scale infrastructure to support consumer services such as iCloud, iTunes, Maps, Siri, etc. Our team is responsible for defining, innovating, and building the software-defined infrastructure (SDI) that can deliver the scale required. SDI defines the large-scale distributed system for intelligent control and monitoring to achieve reliability, performance, and security. Key Responsibilities: - Build systems for operation control related to software networking functions - Develop automation tools to streamline the operation of software services - Create tools to manage the operations of 3rd party software - Drive and establish standard methodologies for processes and tools - Manage collaboration with Network and Security architects, Ops/Engineering Qualifications Required: - Minimum 7+ years of experience in hands-on development - Solid foundation in architectural design, data structures, and algorithms - Experience in building large-scale and complex applications - Familiarity with modern no-SQL databases and other key-value stores - Strong interpersonal and social skills - Ability to prioritize, deliver on ambitious deadlines, and drive closures - Strong ability to prioritize and debug production issues - Proficiency in programming languages such as C, Go, Python, Any scripting - Highly proficient in git and configuration management systems Note: The job description does not contain any additional details about the company.,
