Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack Developer)

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Senior Software Engineer with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team in Mahape, Navi Mumbai. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing scalable web applications and collaborating with various teams to transform concepts into efficient and dependable code. Your responsibilities will include building and managing full stack web applications, working closely with cross-functional teams such as Product, UI/UX, and QA, to implement features, writing clean and well-documented code, troubleshooting issues, and enhancing performance. You will also be expected to adhere to best practices related to security, testing, and version control, as well as actively participate in technical discussions, reviews, and knowledge sharing sessions. In terms of technical skills, we are looking for candidates with a strong understanding of HTML5 and JavaScript for frontend development, along with experience in React.js or basic Angular. On the backend, proficiency in Java with the Spring Framework is essential. Familiarity with databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL and version control systems like Git is also required. Candidates with additional knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and AI tools, experience in Python (Flask or FastAPI), and exposure to AWS or Azure cloud services will be considered favorably.
