Description
We are seeking a talented Software Developer with 5-7years of experience to deliver high-quality IT software solutions. You'll play a crucial role in designing, coding, testing, and documenting web applications, ensuring strong adherence to Agile practices and promoting overall engineering excellence within the team. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality IT software both independently and collaboratively with the team, encompassing design, code, tests, and documentation. Promote high-quality engineering of target solutions. Embrace Agile practices in all aspects of development. Utilize sound software engineering practices and state-of-the-art Agile methodologies to ensure superior quality. Create and maintain technical and operational documentation that describes program code, logic, changes, and corrections for assigned functions. Develop strong working relationships within the broader Eurofins IT community and with specific Eurofins user groups. Specific Assignments Contribute to the design, development, troubleshooting, testing, and documentation of RTS, SWE BI suite, and Connectors. This will involve interacting with business analysts and the IT team responsible for the Messaging bus (ERMS). Interact constructively with Business Analysts to: Estimate the complexity and workload of tasks. Choose the most appropriate technical solution to meet user requirements. Achieve the optimal requirement artifact that will lead to a working software solution. Interact constructively with other IT teams. Master and apply team technologies and processes, actively contributing to Eurofins and team success. Required Skills & Experience Experience: 5-6 years of experience with developing software solutions in .NET C# and Angular development . Experience with business requirements, technical analysis and design, coding, testing, and implementation of configurations within a software environment. Technology Skills Strong and proven background in Information Technology. Proficiency in C#, .NET, .NET Core, Web API, and Angular . Experience with MS SQL Databases . Experience with usage of TFS/Azure DevOps . Strong experience in designing and working with n-tier architectures . Should have worked in an AGILE practice methodology (preferably SCRUM) . Able to provide technical recommendations and solve technical problems. Should have working knowledge of Code review processes, including raising, resolving comments, and closing code reviews. Should be aware of best practices in programming . Methodology Skills ATDD, TDD . Other Skills Prior experience in industrial settings, especially with Laboratory processes, is a plus. Personal Skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal/written communication skills; fluent in English and the working country language. Embodies Scrum values: Commitment, Focus, Openness, Respect, Courage. Ability to work in a complex international environment. Experience in Agile methodologies would be a plus.
