As a Data Governance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development of the organizational Data Strategy and data management aligned with strategic business objectives. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting the DQ Lead in developing and overseeing the data governance framework, standards, policies, and processes. - Contributing to the establishment of the Data Governance Office as a center of excellence dedicated to fostering a data-driven decision-making culture and providing comprehensive data services. - Monitoring and analyzing strategic, technological, and regulatory trends at both organizational and global levels. - Advocating for good data quality practices and recognizing data as a strategic asset. In terms of core responsibilities, you will: - Support the production of information related to data performance and quality standards. - Collect and prepare data for management and reporting of SLA/KPIs, including monitoring data quality dashboards and demonstrating improvement. - Assist in managing and resolving data quality issues while providing guidance to business areas. - Advise stakeholders on targets and standards for data entry and collection activities. - Develop measurement, reporting, and control capabilities for data quality. - Create and maintain data quality rules using Informatica Data Quality (IDQ). - Establish and uphold data profiling tools/methodologies. - Maintain data definitions, standards, lineage, and quality artifacts within the data catalog. - Oversee the continuous development of organizational reference data. - Offer expertise on system/process developments impacting data quality.
