Senior Software Engineer- Consultant

As a .NET full stack Consultant, you will be responsible for designing and implementing software systems using various Microsoft technologies while ensuring compliance with architecture requirements. You will play a crucial role in defining, designing, developing, and supporting the architecture of Tax products/Apps used across KPMG member firms by efficiently collaborating with technical and non-technical business stakeholders. Your expertise will be utilized to create and enhance software products by applying design patterns, principles, refactoring techniques, and development best practices. Your focus will be on building Cloud Native Applications by reassessing on-premises apps and coordinating the Cloud Transformation journey. You will be expected to deliver excellent client-facing service by working closely with stakeholders across different geographical locations. The ability to handle multiple client activities in a fast-paced environment will be essential for success in this role. Key Skills: - Technical proficiency in developing apps with Microsoft C#, .NET 7+, Web APIs, EF, NGRX, and SQL. - Excellent knowledge of .NET, Web API, and SQL. - Strong programming, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and DevOps skills. - Proficiency in analytical thinking, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills. - Working knowledge of software processes such as source control management, change management, defect tracking, and continuous integration. - Understanding of Cloud architecture, including IAAS, PAAS, and SAAS models.
