As a Senior Software Engineer AI at Techvantage.ai, a pioneering technology and product engineering company specializing in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and autonomous intelligent systems, you will be an integral part of our innovative team. With a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, you will contribute to the development of cutting-edge solutions that are designed to adapt and scale alongside the advancements in artificial intelligence. Your primary focus will be on building sophisticated AI systems that are intelligent, scalable, and production-ready, with a particular emphasis on Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies. Your responsibilities will include building and deploying AI-driven applications and services, with a specific focus on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). You will design and implement Agentic AI systems, autonomous agents capable of planning and executing multi-step tasks. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and engineering, will be crucial as you integrate AI capabilities into various products. Additionally, you will be expected to write clean and scalable code, develop robust APIs and services to support AI model deployment, and take ownership of feature delivery from research and experimentation to deployment and monitoring. Keeping abreast of emerging AI frameworks, tools, and best practices will be essential for your role, as you apply them in product development. Moreover, contributing to a high-performing team culture and mentoring junior team members when necessary will be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should possess at least 3 years of overall software development experience, with a specific focus on AI/ML engineering. Proficiency in Python is a must, along with hands-on experience in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Transformers (Hugging Face). Your experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Mistral) and Generative AI models (text, image, or audio) will be highly valued. Practical knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGPT, Semantic Kernel), as well as experience in building and deploying ML models to production environments, will be beneficial. Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) and prompt engineering concepts, coupled with the ability to thrive in a startup-like environment, will set you up for success in this role. A solid understanding of API development, version control, and modern DevOps/MLOps practices is also essential.
