About the Role

Senior SDET

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automation test suites using Selenium, TestNG, and related frameworks.
Build and optimize mobile test automation using
Appium
,
Espresso
, and
XCUITest
.
Write, review, and execute manual and automated test cases for functional, regression, and integration testing.
Create clear, detailed bug reports with logs, reproduction steps, and impact analysis.
Validate user stories, acceptance criteria, and overall feature readiness prior to release.
Work closely with developers, product managers, and QA engineers to ensure high-quality delivery in each sprint.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including planning, refinement, kick-offs, and retrospectives.
Analyze system architecture, data flows, and dependencies to build high-quality test coverage.
Identify quality risks early, propose mitigation strategies, and continuously improve automation effectiveness.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines (GitLab) to enable faster, stable releases.

Mandatory Skills

Strong expertise in
Test Automation
using Selenium, TestNG, and other Java-based frameworks.
Proficiency in
Java, Kotlin, and JavaScript
for test development.
Hands-on experience in
mobile automation
using Appium, Espresso, and XCUITest.
Good understanding of
GitLab
, branching strategies, and CI/CD workflows.
Solid understanding of
APIs, web technologies, microservices, and n-tier application architecture
.
Experience writing, reviewing, and executing both
manual and automated
test cases.
