Senior Software Developer - React

As a React Engineer at Tilicho Labs, you will be a key player in the development and upkeep of high-quality, high-performance user interfaces for our web applications. Working closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers, you will collaborate to bring project visions to reality. Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deploy reusable and maintainable React components. - Translate design mockups and wireframes into clean, well-structured, and efficient React code. - Create interactive and responsive user interfaces that offer exceptional user experiences. - Optimize components for performance on various devices and browsers. - Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code using contemporary JavaScript practices. - Collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams to grasp requirements and provide solutions. - Conduct unit testing and integration testing to ensure code quality and stability (a plus). - Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in React and related technologies. Requirements: - 2-5 years of experience as a React Engineer. - Proficiency in React.js, Next.js, including JSX, components, state management, and routing. - Strong grasp of JavaScript fundamentals (ES6+). - Experience with HTML, CSS, and knowledge of preprocessors (Sass, Less). - Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha) is advantageous. - Exposure to build tools (Webpack, Gulp) is beneficial. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team. - Eagerness for learning and staying abreast of the latest technologies. - Experience with Redux, MobX, Recoil, or other state management libraries. - Familiarity with a styling library (Material-UI, Ant Design). Bonus Points: - Knowledge of server-side rendering (SSR) or static site generation (SSG). - Experience with TypeScript. - Awareness of accessibility best practices. - Exposure to CI/CD.
