As a Senior Software Engineer with excellent experience in Dot Net 6+ at Rewise Analytics and Technologies in Pune, you will play a key role in the technical leadership and individual contribution towards building the next generation digital solutions for logistics and freight management companies globally. Your responsibilities will include defining backend architecture, leading and mentoring junior/mid-level developers, collaborating with Frontend Leads to define API contracts, translating requirements into technical tasks, building and maintaining server-side logic, databases, and APIs, implementing RESTful or GraphQL APIs, designing and maintaining relational databases, optimizing APIs for high performance, developing a component library for consistency and scalability, and more. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define backend architecture and select appropriate technologies/frameworks - Lead and mentor junior/mid-level backend developers - Work closely with Frontend Leads to define API contracts - Partner with Product Managers/Business Analysts to translate requirements into technical tasks - Build and maintain the server-side logic, databases and APIs - Implement and Ensure business rules, workflows, and data are securely and efficiently managed - Develop RESTful or GraphQL APIs - Design and maintain relational databases - Implement stored procedures, queries, and ORM frameworks - Optimize APIs for high performance under load - Scale backend services to handle large volumes of data - Implement caching - Develop a component library for consistency and scalability **Qualifications Required:** - 8+ years of experience in software development with expertise in .NET/.NET Core (C#) - Proven experience in leading teams and driving backend architecture for enterprise-grade applications - Strong knowledge of ASP.NET Core, WebAPI, Entity Framework Core, and SQL Server - Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) - Expertise in designing and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices architectures - Hands-on experience with event-driven systems, queues, and messaging - Strong understanding of scalability, fault tolerance, and performance optimization - Practical knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps - Excellent understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design concepts At Rewise Analytics and Technologies, you will have the opportunity to work on highly available, performant, and extensible systems, serving thousands of concurrent users.
