Senior Software Developer

As a Senior Software Developer (Angular + Electron), your role will involve developing cross-platform desktop applications for healthcare environments. You will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Develop scalable desktop applications using Electron.js and Angular (v12 or above). - Build clean and intuitive UIs and integrate with RESTful services. - Optimize performance, memory usage, and IPC communication. - Ensure compliance with healthcare security standards and requirements. - Collaborate with product, QA, backend engineers, and clinical specialists. - Lead code reviews, support architectural decisions, and mentor junior team members. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - B.Tech / B.E (CS, IT, ECE), B.Sc. IT/CS, Full-time MCA. - Strong hands-on experience with Angular, Electron.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript. - Experience deploying desktop applications on Windows, macOS, and Linux. - Good understanding of Node.js, IPC, app signing, packaging, and auto-updates. - Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. - Experience working in Agile teams. - Prior experience in team handling is mandatory. Additionally, familiarity with healthcare standards like FHIR, DICOM, or HL7, and experience in regulated environments such as HIPAA or ISO 13485 would be considered a plus. The company has set certain screening guidelines for this position, which include avoiding candidates with employment gaps longer than four months, candidates from Jawaharlal Nehru University, candidates who studied or worked in Hyderabad or Andhra Pradesh, candidates with BCA, B.Com, Diploma, or open university backgrounds, and candidates from MNCs or holding MNC offers. Only immediate joiners will be considered, and the maximum CTC is up to 3.5x of total experience with no flexibility on CTC or notice period. Candidates from Chennai willing to relocate are welcome.
