Job Description

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities

Manage AWS server setup, deployment, configuration, and monitoring.
Handle domain and hosting configurations across platforms like AWS, GoDaddy, etc.
Implement CI/CD pipelines and manage cloud-based application deployments.
Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain server performance and uptime.
Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless integration between applications and server environments.
Manage database administration, backup, and recovery for MySQL, and optionally MongoDB / PostgreSQL.
Ensure proper security, scalability, and cost optimization of cloud resources.
Participate in application architecture design and advise on best practices for hosting and infrastructure.
Technical Skills Required:
Server & Cloud:
AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, CloudFront, IAM, Route53, etc.) Must have
GoDaddy / cPanel / other hosting platforms Good to have
Programming / Frameworks:
Node.js and/or React.js
PHP Laravel
Databases:
MySQL Mandatory
MongoDB / PostgreSQL Good to have

Other Skills:

Experience in web or mobile development (prior hands-on coding background).
Strong understanding of network configurations, DNS, SSL, and firewalls.
Familiarity with DevOps tools (Git, Docker, Jenkins, etc.) is a plus.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
6-8 years of total experience, with at least 2+ years focused on AWS and server management.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Profile:

A full-stack developer turned Server & Cloud Specialist, passionate about cloud infrastructure, automation, and system reliability, with a solid foundation in web technologies and backend systems.
