Senior SEO Expert/Lead

You are seeking a skilled WordPress Developer with a strong understanding of SEO best practices to join your team. As a WordPress Developer, your primary responsibility will be to build, maintain, and optimize WordPress websites with a focus on performance, user experience, and search engine visibility. Your key responsibilities will include developing, customizing, and maintaining WordPress websites and themes based on project requirements. You will need to implement responsive design to ensure mobile-friendliness and accessibility, optimize website structure, speed, and performance for SEO, and perform on-page SEO tasks such as meta tags, headings, URL structure, image optimization, and schema markup. Additionally, you will integrate and configure SEO plugins like Yoast SEO and Rank Math, conduct keyword research, collaborate with content creators to apply SEO best practices, troubleshoot website issues, stay updated on SEO trends and WordPress developments, and provide regular reports on SEO performance. To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience in WordPress development with a portfolio of completed projects, strong knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL, a deep understanding of SEO principles, familiarity with website speed optimization techniques, experience with SEO analytics tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console, and the ability to write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team are also essential. Preferred qualifications include experience with page builders like Elementor or WPBakery, knowledge of server management and hosting environments, and an understanding of digital marketing concepts.
