Senior Security Analyst Vulnerability Management

As a candidate for the role at UST with 5 - 7 years of experience, your responsibilities will include: - Managing the full vulnerability management process from discovery to remediation for both internal and external systems. - Designing, implementing, and optimizing vulnerability assessment tools and scanning processes for infrastructure, applications, and networks. - Collaborating with engineering, IT operations, legal, and compliance teams to prioritize remediation efforts based on risk. - Leading the company's Vulnerability Disclosure Program, which involves coordinating bug bounty activities, handling communication with researchers, and ensuring responsible disclosure. - Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on vulnerability metrics, risk trends, and remediation progress to senior leadership. - Engaging with third-party security vendors and staying connected with the broader security community to stay ahead of evolving threats. - Maintaining current knowledge of security standards, industry trends, and compliance frameworks. - Developing KPIs, dashboards, and metrics to measure and improve vulnerability management performance. - Mentoring junior security team members, providing technical guidance, and fostering a strong security culture.
