Senior SAP COPA Consultant

Job Summary:

SAP COPA Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements for COPA and related finance processes.
• Design and configure

  SAP COPA (both Account-Based and Costing-Based COPA)

  .
• Work on

  COPA data flow from SD, MM, and PP

  modules into CO-PA.
• Implement enhancements, derivation rules, value fields, and characteristics.
• Integrate COPA with

  FI, CO, SD, and MM

  modules.
• Develop reports using

  SAP COPA tools and reporting structures

  .
• Support end-users with training, issue resolution, and documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams.
• Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Provide support during go-live and post-go-live phases.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of SAP experience with a minimum of 3+ years in

  COPA configuration

  .
• Strong understanding of

  SAP Controlling (CO)

  module and

  FICO integration

  .
• Experience with

  report painter/report writer, KE30 reports

  , and

  user exits in COPA

  .
• Exposure to

  S/4HANA COPA

  (preferably account-based COPA).
• Familiarity with

  data migration

  and

  interfaces related to COPA

  .
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with

  SAP S/4HANA implementations or conversions

  .
• Knowledge of

  SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

  or

  BW

  reporting for COPA.
• Functional knowledge in SD/MM helpful for integration scenarios.
