As a Senior Functional Consultant specializing in SAP S/4HANA with SAP Central Finance experience, your role will involve executing and delivering a complex implementation project from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. You will be responsible for configuring the SAP S/4HANA Target System to receive selected data migrated from current SAP ECC and non-SAP systems, ensuring a seamless transition for clients. Your expertise and support will guide clients through configuration build, testing, and cutover activities on their journey to SAP S/4HANA. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide expert guidance and support in SAP S/4HANA Central Finance functionalities and processes. - Work with the SAP S/4HANA Core Team to configure and customize functionalities to meet client requirements. - Develop technical solutions and enhancements to support data migration, integration, and reporting requirements. - Design and optimize financial processes within Central Finance, focusing on areas like universal journal entry, group consolidation, and reporting. - Support the S/4 HANA transformation project including configuration, data migration, providing functional expertise, troubleshooting, and user training. - Work closely with finance departments to analyze existing financial processes, suggest improvements, and ensure alignment with business financial operations and reporting requirements. - Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, and scripts to validate SAP S/4HANA configurations and functionalities. - Conduct system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and regression testing to ensure system reliability and accuracy. - Collaborate with business users to resolve issues, address concerns, and implement solutions to meet project objectives. - Ensure seamless integration of Central Finance areas with other SAP modules and oversee data migration from SAP ECC/legacy, Non-SAP systems to SAP S/4HANA. - Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards using SAP tools and assist in utilizing SAP S/4HANA's embedded analytics capabilities. - Act as the primary point of contact for key business and IT stakeholders, providing regular updates, progress reports, and presentations on project status and milestones. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and confidence in the migration process and deliverables. **Skill Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred. - Minimum 10 years SAP consulting experience with at least 7 years in Financial Accounting (FI) and Managerial Accounting (CO). - Minimum of 3 Central Finance implementations as a Lead Consultant. - Certification in SAP S/4HANA Central Finance. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead customer engagements at an executive level. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. - Working knowledge of SAP Activate Roadmap for Central Finance. This is a primarily remote position with occasional onsite meetings. Nice to have: - Experience in other SAP modules and migration tools. - Prior experience with SAP RISE implementations. - Understanding of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) applications. - Knowledge of SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) and potential integration scenarios using MDG.
