Senior Salesforce Software Testing

As a QA Engineer for Salesforce software, specifically focusing on the e-Commerce Cloud Platform, you will be responsible for conducting functional testing and test automation. Your primary task will be to document test plans, test cases, and execution results in AzureDevOps. Additionally, you will manage defects, monitor unit testing and coverage, and collaborate with cross-teams for UAT to ensure end-to-end quality of the changes being delivered. It is essential to actively participate in Agile methodology and Scrum team activities to contribute effectively to the project. Your key responsibilities will include: - Documenting test plans, test cases, and execution results in AzureDevOps. - Managing end-to-end defect management process. - Monitoring unit testing and coverage, measuring functional and automation test coverage. - Conducting sanity checks and smoke testing, collaborating with cross-teams for UAT. - Having a thorough understanding of test automation processes and experience with at least one UI test automation tool, including CI/CD. - Participating actively in Scrum team activities following Agile methodology. - Being accountable for the quality of the changes being delivered. - Learning and adapting to the changing technology landscape within the organization. Qualifications required for this role: - Functional knowledge of Salesforce as an e-Commerce Cloud Platform. - Experience with Azure-DevOps for test, defect management, and reporting. - Ability to work in a Scrum team following Agile methodology. - Capability to learn and adapt to changing technology landscape. - Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-teams. - Test automation skills are a plus, such as building and maintaining Selenium/Robot-framework based tests. - Experience with GIT-branching and AzureDevOps CI/CD pipeline is desirable. For the lead position, the following additional skills are expected: - Accountability for quality at various phases of delivery. - Reporting metrics and representing the Testing Team at various stakeholders meetings.,
