Senior Salesforce OmniStudio Developer

The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications: - Possess certificates such as Platform Developer I, II, and Omni Studio Developer (preferred). - Have at least 5 years of experience working with Apex (Triggers, Classes, and Batch Classes) & Visualforce pages. - Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Interface, including Lightning/Flexi Page, Lightning Component (AURA), Lightning Web Component, and knowledge of the Lightning System. - Experience in integrating Salesforce with other applications using API's such as SOAP, REST, BULK, etc. - Proficiency in declarative development tools like Flows, Process Builder, and Workflows. - Knowledge of the Velocity card UI framework and Architecture, especially in the Digital and Service Layer. - Desired experience with Foundations of Omni Studio, including Omni script, Data raptor, Flex Card, and Integration Procedure. - Ability to demonstrate applications and effectively solve technical problems. - Serve as a key contributor on project teams, guiding customers through Salesforce solution implementations. - Responsible for solution design and documentation. - Lead Customer-facing Discovery and requirements refinement sessions to identify business, functional, and technological requirements. - Conduct fit-gap analysis between Salesforce functionality and client requirements. - Collaborate with Technical Architects to document business requirements in the Technical Design Document. - Define acceptance criteria for each story and take ownership of the design. - Develop training curriculum and lead training sessions for end users of the solution. - Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure projects are managed to scope, budget, and timeline expectations. Additional Skills: - Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Good knowledge of JSON and understanding of how Integration works with Velocity. - Hands-on experience in developing omni scripts and working with different types of Data.,
