Senior Salesforce Developer/Admin

Role Overview: As a Salesforce Developer at ASSA ABLOY Group, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with project leads to assess CRM requirements, analyzing solutions on the Salesforce platform, and developing new feature functionality for software applications. Your responsibilities will also include conducting comprehensive testing, resolving issues, documenting processes, delivering technical training, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. Additionally, you will be involved in custom object management, software engineering with proficiency in Apex, Java, and Javascript, as well as developing connections with other systems. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with project leads to assess CRM requirements - Analyze solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet specific needs - Plan, design, develop, and document new feature functionality for software applications - Conduct comprehensive testing for application stability and functionality - Identify and resolve issues and glitches - Document processes and deliver technical training to Salesforce personnel - Identify opportunities to improve current processes - Create and manage custom objects, fields, formulas, reports, and dashboards - Develop connections/integrations with other systems - Manage a Salesforce Sales, Service and Marketing Cloud instance - Learn and understand end-to-end business processes to ensure solutions meet business requirements Qualifications: - 5+ years of Salesforce/Force.com development and customization experience - Advanced proficiency in Salesforce development tools such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Lightning web components - In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architectures, data models, and best practices - Extensive experience with complex Salesforce customization and configuration - Proven ability to design and implement scalable, efficient Salesforce solutions - Expertise in integrating Salesforce with other systems using APIs and middleware - Strategic thinking and ability to align Salesforce solutions with overall business objectives - Track record of successful Salesforce project implementations and portfolio of completed projects - Salesforce certifications, including advanced certifications like Certified Platform Developer II (highly preferred) - Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor and guide junior developers Additional Details: ASSA ABLOY Group is a global leader in access solutions with a diverse workforce of nearly 61,000 colleagues across more than 70 countries.
