Senior Salesforce Consultant - Technical

As a seasoned Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on skills, you will be responsible for developing high-quality components, leading design discussions, and contributing to enterprise-level implementations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing, testing, and deploying Lightning Web Components (LWCs) aligned with business requirements. - Building scalable solutions using Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, Platform Events, and Flows. - Customizing Salesforce using LWC, Apex, Visualforce, and modern web standards. - Building custom user interfaces, web apps, and experiences on Salesforce. - Leading and implementing API integrations (REST, SOAP, OAuth, Platform Events). - Contributing to Agentforce (AI Agent) flows, data retrieval, guardrails, prompt design, and fallback logic. - Working on Data Cloud: ingestion, identity resolution, harmonization, calculated insights, and segment activation. - Participating in architecture discussions around scalability, performance, and data modeling. - Supporting event-driven architecture using CDC, Platform Events. - Conducting code reviews and guiding junior team members. - Working with SFDX, Git, and DevOps tools for structured deployments. - Ensuring best practices for security, governor limits, bulkification, and test coverage. Skillsets required for this role include: - Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. - Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, sharing, and security. - Excellent knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns and integration error handling. - Experience with RESTful APIs and SOAP APIs. - Strong understanding of Governor Limits, async patterns, and transaction design. - Experience with Salesforce DX and modern development practices. - Hands-on experience with Agentforce actions, data flows, and knowledge article access. - Good exposure to Data Cloud ingestion and activation flows. In addition to technical skills, this role also requires you to have the ability to think beyond coding and contribute to solution design and architecture. You should understand how AI impacts solution design, data access, and system performance, and be able to design guardrails, fallback flows, and efficient data mapping for AI agents.
