Senior Sales Travel Consultant

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sr. Travel Sales Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience handling U.S. customers, with strong expertise in international and U.S. domestic flight bookings. You will be responsible for managing offline and online customer queries, converting leads generated via PPC campaigns, and working on GDS (Amadeus) to manage reservations and ticketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls and emails from U.S. customers related to flight bookings—new reservations, changes, or cancellations.
• Follow up with prospective or existing customers to close bookings or assist with travel requirements.
• Work on GDS Amadeus to book, modify, or cancel flight tickets.
• Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring sales targets are met.
• Address offline and online queries effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with the internal sales and operations team to ensure seamless ticketing experience.
• Stay updated with airline policies, fare rules, and travel trends.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1+ year experience in Travel Flight Sales (PPC campaigns).
• Proficiency in Amadeus GDS is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of international and U.S. domestic air routing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Prior experience with U.S. clientele is highly preferred.
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts including night shifts.
