Senior Sales Manager Department: Sales & Marketing Location: Kochi, Kerala Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Senior Sales Manager to drive sales, coordinate marketing activities, and ensure an exceptional client experience in the interior design domain. The role includes customer engagement, marketing coordination, and site visits to address client needs and provide tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities: Achieve and exceed sales targets by leading a team of interior consultants and sales executives. Guide and mentor the sales team , providing training and continuous support to enhance sales effectiveness and customer handling. Demonstrate sales strategies and best practices , setting a strong example for the team. Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions. Understand customer preferences, lifestyle needs, and budget to deliver personalized interior solutions . Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction , turning leads into long-term relationships. Collaborate with design, execution, and project management teams to ensure smooth handovers and timely project delivery. Prepare and present regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts to senior management. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field. Proven track record in sales, preferably in interior design, real estate, furniture, or lifestyle products. Strong team management and mentoring skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to understand customer psychology and convert needs into solutions.
