Position: Senior Sales Manager Location: Jagatpura, Jaipur Industry: Real Estate & Hospitality Experience Required: 3 to 5 years Salary - 60k - 80k plus incentives The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for both hotel and real estate projects at Aurette Hotels and Resorts. This role involves both managing a sales team and direct selling activities. Key Responsibilities: · Lead Generation : Personally visit potential clients, attend meetings, and use industry contacts to find new business opportunities. Sales Closures: Give site visits/tours to clients and handle the full sales process until the deal is closed. Strategy & Marketing : Work on sales strategies, help design marketing campaigns, and represent the company at expos and events. Client & Partner Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and real estate channel partners. · What They’re Looking For: Experience: 3 to 5 years in Real Estate or Hotel industry sales. Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and team management. Work Style: Able to handle pressure, lead a team, and close high-value deals efficiently.
