Senior Sales Executive

About the Role

TAD Global Branding is looking for a Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to acquire new clients for its branding, advertising, and digital marketing services. The role involves identifying potential businesses, reaching out to decision-makers, understanding their requirements, and converting opportunities into business.

Candidates with experience in wealth management, insurance, mutual funds, or advertising sales are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business for TAD's branding, advertising, and digital marketing services.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
• Connect with business owners, entrepreneurs, and marketing decision-makers to explore business opportunities.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to present suitable service offerings.
• Prepare sales pitches, share proposals, follow up with prospects, and negotiate commercials to close deals.
• Build and maintain client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain a record of leads, follow-ups, sales pipeline, and closures.
• Work towards assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
• Experience in sales, business development, client acquisition, or relationship management.
• Candidates with experience in wealth management, insurance, mutual funds, or advertising sales are preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to generate leads, build relationships, and convert prospects into clients.
• Target-oriented approach with the confidence to initiate conversations and close business independently.

Added Advantage: Experience in branding, digital marketing, media sales, or advertising agency services.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
