Qualifications

Strong sales and negotiation skills, with proven experience in automotive or related retail sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage diverse customers and build trust.
Solid customer service skills, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive buying experience.
Basic proficiency with CRM or sales tracking tools, and comfort working with digital documentation and reporting.
Ability to understand vehicle features, pricing, and finance options, and explain them clearly to customers.
Demonstrated ability to work toward targets, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple customer interactions.
Knowledge of the local Nagpur market and a valid driver’s license for test drives and customer visits.
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Previous experience in a senior or lead sales role, mentoring or supporting junior sales staff is an advantage.
