Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Meet farmers and prospective customers through regular field visits.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
Understand farmers' requirements, challenges and purchasing needs.
Explain and demonstrate Botberry's agriculture, irrigation and technology solutions.
Build trust and maintain strong relationships with farmers and customers.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into sales.
Generate business through direct farmer interaction, referrals and local networks.
Conduct product demonstrations when required.
Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and existing customers.
Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
Collect customer feedback and market information.
Maintain daily field visit and sales activity report,
Experience: 2–3 Years preferred (Freshers are not eligible)
