Job Description

Role Overview: You will be leading identity governance initiatives and offshore access model design while acting as a subject matter expert (SME) for auditors and compliance teams. Your role will involve driving SailPoint implementations, Zero Trust controls, and integration projects within a hybrid delivery environment. Key Responsibilities: - Design and enhance access models for various business units and acquisitions. - Implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and risk-based governance strategies aligned with Zero Trust principles. - Manage intricate role analysis and standardization processes. - Collaborate with auditors to ensure compliance and audit preparedness. - Oversee the onboarding, workflow, and performance improvements of SailPoint. - Lead Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) integrations. - Drive remediation efforts based on audit findings and monitor compliance. - Provide support for Artificial Intelligence (AI)-driven Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives and mentor junior team members. - Develop self-service and AI-enhanced access review procedures. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance, and SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ). - Hands-on experience with access model transformations and audit management. - Knowledge of regulatory standards such as SOX, ISO, GDPR, and experience with multi-region audits. - Expertise in role engineering, policy implementation, and risk-based controls. - Previous experience in integrating with SIEM/PAM tools. - Strong leadership abilities and effective communication skills.
